- The highest priced home sale was a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 6,885 square foot home in the luxurious golf community of Estancia in North Scottsdale. The sales price for the home was $4,300,000.
- The lowest priced single-family home sale in Scottsdale for June was $64,900. The home was a short sale (or pre-foreclosure) with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 736 square feet.
Clearly golf is a main draw when considering Scottsdale, but golf is not the only draw.
