Scottsdale Real Estate Market Update- January 2010- There were 267 homes sales in Scottsdale in January with an average sales price of $616,947. The median home sale price for Scottsdale was $415,000.
- January's highest priced sale was a 5 bedroom, 7 bathroom, 7,160 square foot home in the North Scottsdale golf community of Estancia. It sold for $4,200,000.
- In January 2010, the lowest priced single-family resale home in Scottsdale was $123,500. The sale was for a 1,572 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom forelosed home.
Clearly golf is a main draw when considering Scottsdale, but golf is not the only draw.
