• There were 531 single-family home sales in Scottsdale during the month of April. The median asking price for homes was $699,900 and the median sales price for Scottsdale was $462,000.
• The most expensive home that sold in April was a hillside estate in the Silverleaf community in DC Ranch. The sales price was $3,525,000 for a 5 bedroom, 8 bathroom, 6,842 square foot home. 
• The least expensive home sale in April was a home needing "TLC" that had 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 980 sqaure feet. It sold for $132,000.

Clearly golf is a main draw when considering Scottsdale, but golf is not the only draw. Spectacular urban lofts and high-rise condominiums are being built in downtown Scottsdale, allowing the residents to walk to the many galleries of Old Town as well as myriad choices for dining, entertainment, shopping and nightlife. North Scottsdale has also seen significant development and residents of North Scottsdale also have plenty of choices for outdoor activities, shopping, dining and entertainment.
