Grayhawk is a lovely community located in North Scottsdale. Known for the two courses at the Grayhawk Golf Club, Talon and Raptor, Grayhawk has been a favorite for many years.
Grayhawk has two neighborhood areas to choose from. The guard-gated Retreat neighborhood is built around Grayhawk's two courses, so homes are located in either the Talon Retreat or Raptor Retreat sections. The Retreat has plenty of community amenities to choose from including tennis, a community pool, greenbelts, miles of exercise trails and more. Homes range from townhomes to custom single-family homes. The second area is called The Park. The Park is a wonderful family-oriented community of single-family homes and it was designed with large play areas and picnic areas to encourage both impromptu and pre-planned gatherings. Grayhawk has its own elementary school and falls under the Paradise Valley School District #69.  Grayhawk is conveniently located in north of the Loop 101 in Scottsdale between Scottsdale and Pima Roads. Grayhawk Golf
The Grayhawk Golf Club is open to the public and is home to two award-winning courses- Talon and Raptor. It has a lovely clubhouse with a great patio for dining and golf watching.
