Joyce initially found us a rental home in the school district we were seeking. She continued to work with us for nearly a year. 2008-2009 was the most difficult real estate and mortgage market we had ever experienced. Having bought and sold 10 homes in 4 states previously, this was our most difficult transaction, but our best experience with a realtor.
